1. Introduction to Service

By making a reservation at Scripted Cosmos Hotel, you're entering into a binding agreement with us. It’s not just a room; it’s a shared respect for the art and tranquility we provide at 105 Milton Street. Our hospitality team is dedicated to your comfort, but we require guests to adhere to the standards outlined below.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policies

We understand that life happens. However, as an boutique establishment, last-minute changes impact us deeply. Reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. Have you checked the specific rate type? Non-refundable rates are strictly that.

• Standard cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a full-night charge.
• Promotional or 'Gallery Event' bookings may have different, non-standard window periods.
• No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Our calligraphy gallery is open for viewing should you arrive early, though we can't guarantee room availability before the appointed hour. Check-out is fixed at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of 50% of the daily rate unless pre-coordinated with the concierge desk.

4. Liability & Limitations

Scripted Cosmos Hotel provides luxury stays but isn't responsible for personal property left in suites. Use the provided room safe. We're also forced to mention that any damage to the calligraphy art pieces or hotel property will be charged at the full restoration value. We trust our guests to treat our gallery with the same reverence we do.
